M.Tech College of Science and Technology is a visionary initiative of the Bin Qutab Foundation, dedicated to empowering the rural population through skill-based IT education, aligning them with the demands of the modern digital world. Located within the premises of , the college has been fully constructed and furnished, with classes set to commence in June 2025.Begum Memorial Hospital, Bhubhar, chakwal In its initial phase and afterward it will be shifted to educational campus, under-construction nearby hospital, the college will offer diploma programmes through recognized affiliations, with plans to upgrade to degree-level programmes in the future. This initiative is a key part of the Foundation’s broader mission to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth by equipping them with relevant, in-demand skills. By bridging the gap between rural talent and global technology trends, M.Tech College aims to become a center of excellence for technical education in the region.
