About Bin Qutab Foundation
Bin Qutab Foundation was established in the year 2007. The journey was taken to realize a dream for the people of Pakistan to provide quality health care services at their doorstep. The vision emerged from the personal experience of Baba Muhammad Bashir Malik, Founder and Chairman of the Foundation, whose mother passed away due to cardiac issues in 1980 in rural dwellings, having no access to quality healthcare. Thus, the first project of BQF, is named after his mother Begum Noor as the Begum Noor Memorial Hospital. The hospital opened its doors for patients on 23rd March 2016 and has already served More than TWO HUNDRED THOUSANDS PATIENTS already. The foundation now aspires to setup a huge network of health facilities across Pakistan through the self help model of natives initiative.
Our Vision
We envision a disease-free Pakistan with its people, living in the urban as well as the rural areas, receive equal health education, facilities and coverage regardless of their race, gender, religion, ethnicity, and income levels.
Our Mission
Our wish is to establish ‘easily replicable’ state of the art healthcare institutions across the country to alleviate disease and suffering caused by the lack of quality and affordable health services, especially amongst the underprivileged segments of society residing in rural areas of Pakistan
Our Objectives

To aid, assist, set up, maintain, and administer hospitals, nursing homes, mother and child health care centers, immunization and vaccination centers, family planning centers, diagnostic centers, renal and eye health care treatment centers across Pakistan.

To provide quality health services to the unprivileged rural communities of Pakistan at their doorstep through establishment of a modern hospital furnished with state-of-the-art electro-medical equipment. It is an endeavor to assist the Government to improve health infrastructure in rural backward areas.

and the general public.
