About BQF
BQF envisioned to work for the cause of Rural-Healthcare, Education, Women Empowerment and skill development through collaborative actions to create lasting change. Bin Qutab Foundation was established in the year 2007, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Bin Qutab Group (a family-owned business group from Bhubhar in Rural Chakwal). It was incorporated as not for profit, civil society organization with SECP Govt. of Pakistan in 2007 as section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 vide registration number 0061555. All Donations are Tax Exempted Under Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
Mission
We aim to restore hopes of the under-privileged rural population in the health sector by providing equitable access to health care services by providing solutions to patients through high quality and highly responsive health care mechanism; a mechanism that is run through volunteer community participation, support of corporate sector philanthropic contributions and collaboration with the public sector as well as Natives of the Area. Where health care projects and programs are established.
Vision
We envision establishing ‘easily replicable model healthcare institutions to alleviate humankind from its suffering due to lack of quality and affordable health services, especially the underprivileged segment of society residing in rural areas to restore their dignity with compassion.
BQF is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and managed by a board of governors headed by Muhammad Bashir Malik. BQF envisions to establish replicable healthcare model by establishing quality and affordable health facilities across the country. We establish and run hospitals, provide medical education, we run native initiatives and implement the practical research & development interventions for evidenced based programming. Our hospitals provide Palliative Care Services, geriatrics care services and nursing homes. In medical education, we provide medical education to train doctors, nurses, paramedics for serving the destitute in Pakistan. In research, we have excelled ourselves in both medical as well as social research fields to explore solutions of complex health and social issues in the rural areas of Pakistan.
